Students without proof of income would require a guarantor from a UK property owner and six months rent in advance. If no UK property owner guarantor, payment in advance to the end of the academic year will be considered. Because of proof of income issues, confirmation of applicants affordability is required before a viewing can be arranged. ie what is your OCCUPATION and MONTHLY PROVEN INCOME.
