Because of proof of income issues, confirmation of applicants affordability is required before a viewing can be arranged. ie what is your OCCUPATION AND MONTHLY PROVEN INCOME. Do you have payslips to show this or if you have just started work a contract of employment (PLEASE NOTE – both of these documents are not required yet, just confirmation in principle at the moment that will be available after viewing if you want to proceed).
